Descripción Del Rol

Si te apasiona la Cadena de Abastecimiento y el área de Compras, en Quala tendrás el reto de asegurar el abastecimiento confiable de materiales e insumos para marcas lideres como Frutiño, Suntea, Doña Gallina y Quipitos, a través de redes de proveedores locales e internacionales, siendo responsable directo de la negociación y colíder de los proyectos de nuevas marcas. En Quala el Comprador no procesa órdenes: prepara, analiza datos, se sienta con el proveedor, negocia y cierra.

✅¿Qué harás con nosotros?

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de abastecimiento y negociación, alineadas con los objetivos de rentabilidad, continuidad y crecimiento del negocio.
  • Liderar procesos de negociación y desarrollo de proveedores, asegurando las mejores condiciones comerciales, logísticas y contractuales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ahorro y optimización mediante análisis de mercado, benchmarking, innovación y búsqueda de nuevas alternativas de abastecimiento.
  • Gestionar relaciones estratégicas con proveedores y coordinar el desarrollo y validación de nuevos bienes y servicios junto con las áreas cliente.
  • Administrar el presupuesto de compras, contratos y el ciclo integral de gestión de proveedores, garantizando un abastecimiento confiable y eficiente.

✅¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Formación: Ser profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Negocios Internaciones, Economía o Afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año y medio de experiencia en compras, pero si no la tiene valoramos la experiencia en áreas de la cadena de abastecimiento que hayan fortalecido sus habilidades comerciales, de negociación, o de interacción donde prime su interés por aprender y seguir su carrera en compras o integralmente en la cadena de abastecimiento.
  • Disponibilidad: De trabajar hibrido en nuestra Oficina Central en Venecia. (En caso de requerir traslado para vivir en Bogotá Quala te apoya en todo el proceso).
