Coordinador de Servicios Corporativos e Infraestructura

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de asegurar la operación integral de nuestra regional, garantizando el cumplimiento legal y administrativo de las instalaciones, la gestión eficiente de proveedores y servicios, el control de recursos y la ejecución de proyectos que contribuyan al crecimiento y sostenibilidad del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar el comité distrital de la regional, impulsando el seguimiento y ejecución de iniciativas clave para la operación.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y regulatorios necesarios para la operación de las instalaciones, incluyendo licencias, permisos, contratos y documentación administrativa.
  • Gestionar trámites y relaciones con dependencias gubernamentales y organismos reguladores a nivel estatal y municipal.
  • Administrar contratos y negociar con proveedores estratégicos de servicios como mantenimiento, limpieza, vigilancia, cafetería y suministros.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de insumos y servicios necesarios para la continuidad operativa.
  • Liderar la planeación y ejecución de eventos corporativos, actividades de integración y proyectos especiales de la compañía.
  • Asegurar la funcionalidad, capacidad y condiciones óptimas de las instalaciones mediante la gestión de planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones relacionadas con administración de oficinas, sucursales, instalaciones o unidades de negocio.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa legal, de funcionamiento, seguridad y protección civil aplicable a nivel estatal y municipal.
  • Experiencia realizando trámites gubernamentales y gestionando documentación regulatoria.
  • Experiencia coordinando proveedores, equipos de trabajo indirectos o proyectos con alta interacción entre diferentes áreas.
