The posting

En Quala Perú somos líderes en tratamientos capilares dentro de la categoría de Cuidado Personal y nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Ejecutivo/a de Ventas para Lima Sur y Sur Chico, quien tendrá el reto de impulsar el crecimiento de nuestras marcas en el canal tradicional.

Será responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta, distribución y ejecución de la zona asignada, desarrollando relaciones comerciales sólidas con distribuidores y clientes. Asimismo, deberá identificar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento, ampliar la cobertura de nuestras marcas y analizar los principales indicadores comerciales para definir y ejecutar planes de acción que aseguren el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.

Principales funciones y tareas

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta, distribución, cobertura y ejecución de la zona asignada.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar comercialmente a los distribuidores y clientes bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Elaborar y ejecutar planes comerciales orientados al crecimiento de las marcas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y ampliar la cobertura en nuevos mercados y puntos de venta.
  • Analizar indicadores comerciales, avances de venta, inventarios y niveles de distribución.
  • Definir planes de acción frente a las oportunidades y desviaciones identificadas.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas al mercado para verificar la ejecución comercial y conocer su dinámica.
  • Asegurar la correcta implementación de precios, promociones, exhibiciones y materiales publicitarios.
  • Monitorear las acciones de la competencia y proponer iniciativas para fortalecer la presencia de nuestras marcas.
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes de resultados, oportunidades, riesgos y avances de la gestión comercial.
  • Viajar periódicamente a las zonas bajo su responsabilidad: Cañete, Chincha, Pisco, Ica, Nazca y Ayacucho.

Requisitos

  • Profesionales de Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en posiciones de ventas dentro de empresas de consumo masivo.
  • Experiencia en gestión y desarrollo de distribuidores.
  • Sólido conocimiento del canal tradicional.
  • Experiencia en análisis de indicadores comerciales y elaboración de planes de acción.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado.
  • Residencia en Lima.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a Sur Chico —Cañete, Chincha, Pisco, Ica y Nazca— y Ayacucho.
