En este rol aportarás al equipo responsable de:

✨ Liderar el diseño y la evolución de soluciones técnicas en lenguajes como .Net y Java, con bases de datos SQL, garantizando la continuidad de los sistemas corporativos. ✨ Acompañar y fortalecer técnicamente a perfiles junior del equipo, elevando el nivel de análisis y resolución de problemas. ✨ Participar en la gestión integral de proyectos de alto impacto para el negocio, con visibilidad ante distintas áreas y líderes. ✨ Anticiparte a riesgos técnicos y proponer mejoras estructurales antes de que afecten la operación.

¿A quién buscamos?

✔️ Ingenieros de sistemas o afines. ✔️ Mínimo 3 años de experiencia/conocimiento en programación en lenguajes como .Net y Java. ✔️ Experiencia y afinidad por participar en la gestión de proyectos de alto impacto para el negocio y arquitectura. ✔️ Habilidades sólidas en bases de datos SQL. ✔️ Experiencia liderando equipo directa o indirectamente (deseable) ✔️ Inglés nivel B1 o superior (deseable).
