En Quala estamos incorporando capacidades de IA para potenciar nuestras operaciones y la toma de decisiones. Buscamos a la persona que, conecte el negocio, datos y tecnología, y convierta esas capacidades en productos que generen valor real.

Los retos que te van a mover:

🚀 Definir la visión y el roadmap de los productos de IA, alineados a las prioridades estratégicas del negocio. 🚀 Traducir necesidades complejas de las áreas en casos de uso y requerimientos claros, priorizando por impacto y ROI. 🚀 Orquestar células ágiles de IA (data scientists, ML engineers, prompt engineers) con liderazgo funcional. 🚀 Diseñar y validar soluciones de IA, asegurando que sean viables, escalables y adoptadas de verdad. 🚀 Medir el impacto (eficiencia, ingresos, adopción) y decidir con datos qué escalar y qué optimizar.

¿A quién buscamos y qué te hará exitoso/a?

✔️ Profesionales en Ingeniería de Sistemas/Software, Industrial, Electrónica, Matemáticas/Estadística, administración o carreras afines. ✔️ Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia, con mínimo 3 años en Product Management / Product Owner ✔️ Experiencia en proyectos de analítica avanzada, data o IA, e implementación de productos digitales end-to-end. ✔️ Manejo de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban), priorización por valor (OKRs, ROI) y herramientas como Jira/Azure DevOps y plataformas de IA (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, etc.). ✔️Experiencia en IA generativa (LLMs, copilots, automatización inteligente). ✔️ Capacidad de influir de forma transversal, tolerancia a la ambigüedad y gusto por construir desde cero.

📍 Modalidad: 100% presencial, principalmente en nuestras oficinas de Calle 100 con Autopista Norte, con algunos días en la sede de Venecia.
