Si eres un(a) abogado(a) con experiencia en derecho corporativo y contractual, disfrutas ser un socio estratégico del negocio y te motiva participar en la toma de decisiones de alto impacto, esta oportunidad es para ti.

En esta posición tendrás una alta exposición con la Dirección General y diferentes áreas de la compañía, brindando asesoría jurídica integral, gestionando riesgos legales y asegurando el cumplimiento normativo que impulsa el crecimiento del negocio.

Buscamos profesionales que cuenten con:

✔️ Más de 5 años de experiencia en derecho corporativo, contractual o jurídico-administrativo. ✔️ Experiencia en elaboración y negociación de contratos, asesoría legal a clientes internos y gestión de riesgos. ✔️ Conocimiento en cumplimiento normativo, licencias, permisos y representación legal. ✔️ Experiencia coordinando despachos o asesores externos. ✔ Alta capacidad para asesorar a diferentes áreas del negocio con un enfoque preventivo y de mitigación de riesgos.

En este rol tendrás la oportunidad de:

  • Liderar la estrategia jurídica para asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio de las operaciones.
  • Garantizar la adecuada estructuración y administración de contratos que protejan los intereses de la compañía.
  • Coordinar la atención y defensa de litigios estratégicos.
  • Actuar como asesor experto para la alta dirección y las diferentes áreas del negocio, generando soluciones legales alineadas con los objetivos organizacionales.

Estamos interesados en conocer talento proveniente de distintos sectores, como manufactura, farmacéutica, alimentos y bebidas, retail, logística, servicios, infraestructura, tecnología o cualquier industria con una función jurídica corporativa consolidada. También consideraremos perfiles que actualmente se desarrollen en despachos y quieran dar el siguiente paso hacia un entorno corporativo.
