Como Líder de Distribución, tendrás la oportunidad de liderar una de las operaciones más estratégicas de la compañía, garantizando que nuestros productos lleguen de manera oportuna, eficiente y con los más altos estándares de servicio a millones de consumidores.

¿Cuál será tu reto?

Serás responsable de asegurar la excelencia en la operación de distribución en nuestras diferentes sedes a nivel nacional, liderando equipos, optimizando procesos y desarrollando estrategias que permitan alcanzar niveles superiores de productividad, eficiencia y servicio.

Tus principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar y asegurar el cumplimiento de la operación diaria de distribución.
  • Garantizar entregas oportunas, eficientes y rentables, manteniendo altos niveles de servicio al cliente.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora e implementar iniciativas que incrementen la productividad y reduzcan costos operativos.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar equipos de trabajo, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño.
  • Trabajar de manera articulada con diferentes áreas de la compañía para asegurar la excelencia operacional.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración Logística, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en logística de transporte o distribución.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando operaciones con indicadores de desempeño (en operaciones de distribución).
  • Alta capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
  • Posibilidad de traslado a nivel nacional y asumir oportunidades de desarrollo con un crecimiento a nivel nacional.
