En Quala Nova, el equipo de Compras tiene un reto fundamental: asegurar que los materiales y servicios que necesita el negocio estén disponibles en las mejores condiciones de costo, calidad y oportunidad.

Como Practicante de Compras, tendrás la oportunidad de participar en procesos de negociación y abastecimiento de categorías estratégicas de materias primas.

Tu trabajo contribuirá directamente a que nuestras marcas puedan seguir produciéndose y creciendo, mientras encontramos oportunidades para hacer el negocio más eficiente y competitivo.

💥 ¿Qué hace única a esta experiencia?

Aquí podrás conocer de primera mano cómo se toman decisiones de compras y negociación dentro de una compañía de consumo masivo.

Tendrás contacto con diferentes categorías, proveedores y equipos del negocio, participando en retos donde será clave analizar alternativas, identificar oportunidades y buscar las mejores condiciones comerciales.

No será una práctica para observar desde afuera: aprenderás haciendo y tendrás la oportunidad de participar en negociaciones que impactan directamente al negocio.

🎬 ¿Qué harás en este reto?

Tu principal reto será preparar y acompañar negociaciones que garanticen el abastecimiento confiable de las categorías a tu cargo.

Entre tus principales retos estarán:

  • 🤝 Preparar y acompañar procesos de negociación con proveedores, buscando las mejores condiciones comerciales.
  • 📦 Apoyar la gestión de abastecimiento de categorías como aluminio, colores, azúcar, grasas, aceites, romero y empaques.
  • 📋 Asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones definidas para los bienes y servicios requeridos.
  • 💰 Identificar oportunidades de ahorro que contribuyan a reducir costos y mejorar la rentabilidad del negocio.
  • 🛡️ Contribuir a minimizar costos y riesgos asociados a los procesos de compras.
  • 💡 Generar alternativas de planes de ahorro que permitan encontrar nuevas oportunidades para hacer más competitivo el negocio.

🎓 ¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?

Esta oportunidad es para ti si:

  • Eres estudiante de últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial o Negocios Internacionales o Afines, porque tu formación te permitirá analizar costos, procesos y alternativas comerciales para aportar a las decisiones de compras.
  • Te interesan los negocios, la negociación y el análisis, y quieres aplicar tus conocimientos en retos reales de una compañía de consumo masivo.
