Si eres estudiante de últimos semestres de Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería de Alimentos o carreras afines, queremos conocerte.

Formarás parte de un equipo especializado y multidisciplinario responsable de investigar tendencias, desarrollar nuevos productos y optimizar formulaciones para el portafolio de marcas líderes del país. Tendrás un rol activo en proyectos creativos y retadores que impactan directamente la vida de miles de consumidores, aprendiendo de líderes apasionados por la ciencia y la innovación.

¿Cuál será tu impacto?

🧪 Participarás activamente en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, desde la experimentación hasta las pruebas piloto, aportando directamente a la innovación de la compañía.

🔬 Analizarás materias primas, ingredientes y procesos en laboratorio, asegurando estándares de calidad y viabilidad técnica.

📊 Ejecutarás ensayos fisicoquímicos, microbiológicos y sensoriales, contribuyendo a que cada producto cumpla con los más altos niveles de desempeño.

💡 Propondrás ideas innovadoras para la mejora continua de fórmulas, procesos y productos existentes.

🌎 Investigarás tendencias científico-técnicas que puedan transformar la forma en que desarrollamos productos en la industria de consumo masivo.

🏭 Brindarás soporte en pruebas industriales y escalamiento, viendo cómo una idea se convierte en un producto real en el mercado.
