En Quala Colombia buscamos un/a Profesional de Abastecimiento que quiera asumir el reto de conectar diferentes procesos de la cadena y contribuir a que nuestros productos estén disponibles en el momento y lugar en que los necesitamos.

🔎 ¿Cuál será tu reto?

Serás protagonista de procesos clave de la cadena de abastecimiento, entendiendo las necesidades del negocio y convirtiendo la información en decisiones.

Podrás involucrarte en temas como planeación, compras, inventarios, producción, demanda y disponibilidad de materiales, trabajando de manera cercana con diferentes equipos para anticiparte a situaciones, resolver retos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la operación.

🎯 ¿Qué buscamos?

Profesionales en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Producción, Ingeniería Agroindustrial, Ingeniería Química o carreras afines, con:

• 1 a 4 años de experiencia en la cadena de abastecimiento, especialmente en procesos de planeación, compras, producción, logística, inventarios o áreas relacionadas. • Conocimiento general de cómo funciona una cadena de abastecimiento y cómo se conectan sus diferentes procesos. • Experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo o retail. • Deseable experiencia o cercanía con operaciones de planta. • Interés y capacidad para analizar información, anticiparse a escenarios y tomar decisiones.
