En tu primer reto, liderarás integralmente los equipos de producción, calidad y mantenimiento durante el turno noche, para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos, la disciplina del equipo y la productividad en su línea a cargo, formándote para llegar a ser Gerente de alguna de nuestras áreas en el equipo de Cadena de Abastecimiento más ágil y aguerrido de Colombia.
