¿Qué harás?

🚚 Asegurarás el nivel de servicio: Identificarás las principales causas de rechazo y entregas No A Tiempo, analizando información y volcándote al terreno para implementar acciones que permitan mejorar la efectividad de nuestras entregas.

🤝 Desarrollarás nuestra red de transporte: Buscarás, desarrollarás y mantendrás proveedores de transporte que cuenten con la capacidad necesaria para atender las necesidades actuales y futuras de la operación.

📊 Optimizarás costos y productividad: Diseñarás y ejecutarás estrategias que maximicen la productividad, optimicen el costo por pedido y permitan sostener o reducir las tarifas de transporte.

⚙️ Gestionarás nuestra capacidad de distribución: Identificarás oportunidades y riesgos que puedan afectar la capacidad operativa, desarrollando planes que permitan garantizar la continuidad y calidad del servicio.

📦 Asegurarás el control de la operación: Supervisarás y auditarás las rutinas de control diario con nuestros proveedores, identificando oportunamente riesgos que puedan generar pérdida de valor y afectaciones al nivel de servicio.

🔎 Te volcarás al terreno: Realizarás seguimiento cercano a la operación, identificando oportunidades de mejora y asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos de distribución.

👥 Liderarás con cercanía: Trabajarás de manera cercana con equipos y proveedores, promoviendo disciplina, autonomía, colaboración y una cultura orientada a resultados.

¿Qué te hará brillar en esta posición?

🎓 Escolaridad: Recién egresado en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Transporte, Ing en gestion empresarial o a fin. (que ya hayan terminado al 100% materias)

🚚 Experiencia deseable en distribución, transporte, última milla, operaciones logísticas o cadena de suministro (se consideran prácticas profesionales o estadías).

📊 Capacidad analítica: Habilidad para analizar información, identificar oportunidades y tomar decisiones que generen impacto en la operación.

🤝 Habilidades de coordinación: Facilidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos y proveedores, construyendo relaciones efectivas y manteniendo siempre el enfoque en resultados.

🚀 Actitud y liderazgo: Energía, iniciativa, orientación a resultados y gusto por volcarte al terreno para entender y resolver los retos de la operación.

🎯 Enfoque en productividad: Interés por optimizar costos, mejorar procesos y encontrar nuevas formas de hacer más eficiente la operación.
