Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) pour rejoindre notre équipe spécialisée en prévoyance professionnelle: \\Gestionnaire LPP\\ \\Vos missions\\ \* Traiter les mutations (entrées, sorties, changements de salaires, etc.) et préparer/transmettre les fichiers de contributions aux services de paie interne ou externe dans les délais requis. \* Gérer, vérifier et transmettre l'ensembles des documents émanant des institutions de prévoyance et des clients. \* Assurer le suivi des libérations de primes et soutenir nos clients auprès des institutions de prévoyance. \* Renseigner les clients et les assurés sur les éléments liés à leur plan de prévoyance ou à leur situation de prévoyance. \* Préparer les dossiers d'appel d'offres et établir les comparatifs en soutien aux collaborateurs concernés. \* Mettre à jour les données clients dans les outils informatiques internes (Brokers, M\\-Files, etc.) selon les directives en place. \* Assister les collaborateurs dans le cadre de missions spécifiques, notamment lors de l'établissements d'audits, de l'organisation de séances d'information pour des comités de prévoyance et de la préparation de séminaires destinés aux assurés. \\Profil recherché\\ \* Expérience confirmée (3 ans minimum) dans le domaine de la prévoyance professionnelle en Suisse. \* Bonne connaissance des assurances de personnes et du courtage : un atout. \* Excellentesens de l'organisation et des priorités \* Aisance relationnelle et orientation service clients \* Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe \* Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques, en particulier d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules avancées, gestion de données).
