Was dich erwartet

En tant que Gestionnaire LPP, tu gères de manière autonome ton portefeuille de dossiers et assures un accompagnement professionnel et orienté service de nos assurés et clients.

  • Tu traites les mutations administratives liées à la prévoyance professionnelle.
  • Tu gères les dossiers de retraite et de survivants de manière fiable et efficace.
  • Tu conseilles les assurés et les clients par téléphone et, lorsque nécessaire, lors d'entretiens personnels.
  • Tu réponds aux questions relatives à la LPP et apportes des solutions adaptées aux différentes situations.
  • Tu collabores étroitement avec les partenaires internes et externes afin d'assurer un traitement fluide des dossiers.
  • Tu participes à la continuité du service en assurant la suppléance au sein de l'équipe.

Was du mitbringst

  • Tu disposes d'une formation commerciale de base (CFC d'employé(e) de commerce avec ou sans maturité professionnelle) ou d'une formation jugée équivalente.
  • Tu as idéalement suivi une formation complémentaire dans le domaine de la prévoyance professionnelle (LPP) et/ou des assurances sociales.
  • Tu bénéficies de plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de la LPP et des assurances sociales et maîtrises les processus ainsi que les réglementations en vigueur.
  • Tu apprécies le contact avec la clientèle et sais offrir un conseil professionnel, orienté solutions et service.
  • Tu disposes d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de très bonnes connaissances du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Des connaissances de l'allemand et/ou de l'italien constituent un atout.
