- Nova venda e vinculação de todos os projetos;

- Inclusão em lote;

Atribuição por função:

- Recolher os pareceres nos pontos – Protocolando e enviando ao faturamento;

- Emitir as guias diariamente de acordo com as admissões e atendimentos do Locus;

- Checagem no Locos – Conferência dos dados nas guias (meio físico) com as informações do sistema, fazendo ajustes quando necessário;

- Imprimir evoluções quando solicitado – para os convênios que exigem;

- Coletar assinaturas nos andares.

- Receber os pareceres – deixando-os acessíveis até o momento de juntar com as guias;

- Receber as guias – hospitais e clínicas;

- Checagem no Locos – conferência dos dados nas guias (meio físico) com as informações do sistema, fazendo correção quando necessário;

- Preenchimento dos campos obrigatórios – nas guias meio físico;

- Solicitar autorização – para os convênios que exigem (seja nos sites ou diretamente com o hospital);

- Solicitar evoluções – para os convênios que exigem;

- Junção das guias com a documentação necessária;

- Criação dos lotes – após conferência;

- Arquivar nos escaninhos – deixando na ordem para o envio;

- Solicitar recurso de glosa – caso tenha glosa;

- Conferência e envio dos lotes criados;
