Requisitos:

  • Rol de Procedimentos, ANS ;
  • CBHPM (Classificação Brasileira Hierarquizada de Procedimentos Médicos);
  • Padrão TISS (Troca de Informações em Saúde Suplementar);
  • Tabela TUSS (Terminologia Unificada da Saúde Suplementar);
  • Tabela TNUMM (Tabela Nacional Unimed de Materiais e Medicamentos).

Missão do Cargo:

Executar e apoiar as atividades de faturamento hospitalar ambulatorial, garantindo a correta conferência, organização e envio das contas, bem como o acompanhamento de pendências, metas e autorizações, contribuindo para a eficiência do processo e a sustentabilidade financeira da instituição.

Principais atividades:

1. Gerar e gerir relatórios de acompanhamento das contas hospitalares, controlando demandas, pendências, metas e resultados

2. Monitorar relatórios de assertividade dos processos de faturamento (importações, laudos, pendências, etc.)

3. Realizar o faturamento de contas ambulatoriais, convênios e particulares

4. Encaminhar contas para auditoria médica e de enfermagem

5. Solicitar e acompanhar autorizações de complementações, OPME, materiais, medicamentos, procedimentos e exames

6. Realizar conferência de protocolos e gerar arquivos XML para envio às operadoras

7. Identificar contas fora da competência e apoiar na análise de indicadores e construção de planos de ação

8. Realizar o fechamento de contas de convênios particular

9. Monitorar e dar andamento às solicitações recebidas via WhatsApp corporativo, mantendo contato com equipe médica e administrativa sobre pendências

10. Abrir Registros de Ocorrência (ROs) relacionados a não conformidades, cobrando soluções das áreas envolvidas e propondo melhorias contínuas nos processos

11. Acompanhar o painel de metas e resultados do setor

12. Digitalizar e anexar documentos físicos (exames, autorizações, laudos) ao prontuário eletrônico

13. Acompanhar Tarefas Gerais (TG’s) relacionadas ao faturamento em colaboração com outras equipes (Negociação, Contas Médicas e etc..)

14. Manter comunicação efetiva com as áreas relacionadas ao faturamento, assegurando a integridade das informações e cumprimento de prazos

15. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos fluxos operacionais e propor soluções que otimizem os processos da área

16. Participar ativamente de treinamentos e capacitações técnicas e comportamentais promovidas pela instituição

17. Colaborar com pesquisas e ações institucionais, contribuindo com dados, sugestões e participação efetiva

18. Incorporar os princípios do Jeito de Cuidar Unimed, estimulando a interação e a cooperação entre diferentes setores, garantindo, iniciativa, soluções inovadoras e aprimoramento constante

19. Garantir o sigilo, a segurança e o uso ético das informações dos pacientes, conforme a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD)

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
