Topa vir com a gente nessa? 🎯Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que buscamos? Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Automação Pleno para integrar nosso time de inovação e automação. Buscamos um(a) profissional que tenha:Experiência no desenvolvimento e manutenção de automações com Power Automate Cloud e Power Automate Desktop;Conhecimento em automação de processos de negócio e integração com sistemas corporativos, inclusive legados, via API REST/SOAP e conectores;Capacidade de estruturar e validar os processos com os clientes e com as áreas de negócio, desenhar o fluxo e separar o que é automático do que permanece com o analista;Perfil de operação: tratamento de erro, log, retry, notificação, agendamento e gatilho; com fluxos determinados para produção;Habilidade de trabalhar com times de TI, ITSM e de AI, como referência técnica da automação.Como será o seu dia a dia: Desenvolvimento de automações: criar e evoluir fluxos no Power Automate Cloud e RPA no Desktop, com componentes reutilizáveis entre clientes, em ambiente corporativo;Análise de processos: mapear o caso com o stakeholder, desenhar o fluxo e propor melhorias com base em RPA;Integração de sistemas: conectar ERP, ITSM, e-mail, APIs e outras plataformas corporativas, inclusive nas ramificações de produtos e serviços com a AI ASSIST (AIOps, resolução de chamado, autoatendimento e orquestração);Suporte e manutenção: garantir o funcionamento das automações em produção, corrigir incidentes, fazer manutenção preventiva e corretiva e documentar o fluxo para a equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCertificação Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate (PL-500 ou equivalente);Conhecimento em SQL para consulta e tratamento de dados nos fluxos;Conhecimento em Python ou JavaScript para trechos que o conector não cobre, extração web (XPath) e customização no Desktop;Familiaridade com ITSM (chamado, fila, SLA) e Microsoft Teams;Conhecimento em Dataverse, On-premises Data Gateway, ALM da Power Platform ou Azure Functions;Conhecimento em Jira, Azure DevOps ou equivalente, e prática com Kanban ou Scrum;Experiência em ter implantado automação em cliente ou em operação (Desk/NOC), não só em laboratório;Conhecimento de Copilot Studio ou de outro RPA (por exemplo AutomationEdge) é um plus, não um requisito.Horário de AtuaçãoDas 08h às17h ou das 09h às 18h (SEG-SEX)RemotoInformações adicionaisO que você vai encontrar aqui:Um ambiente propício para aprendizado e crescimento profissional 🎯Avaliação de desempenho e feedbacks, visando o desenvolvimento contínuo das nossas pessoas 📊Vale alimentação e/ou refeição para suas compras de mercado e refeições 🍴Assistência médica e odontológica para que você e sua família estejam com a saúde em dia 💙Convênio com farmácias para descontos em medicamentos 💊Auxílio creche de acordo com política vigente 🍼Parceria com o SESC para programações variadas de cultura e lazer ✈Parcerias para seus estudos de idiomas, tecnologia e plataforma de cursos 📚Empréstimo consignado com taxas atrativas + programa de educação financeira 💰Universidade Corporativa e trilhas de conhecimento com conteúdos diversos de tecnologia, soft skills, tendências de mercado e muito mais 👨‍💻Programa de Indicações com possibilidade de prêmios e bonificações 🎁 Seguro de vida coletivo ⛑
