Compreender dores, objetivos e processos antes de propor soluções; Mapear processos e identificar oportunidades de simplificação e automação; Desenvolver, testar, implantar e evoluir soluções utilizando Power Automate, Power Apps e recursos do ecossistema Microsoft; Avaliar alternativas e evitar automatizar processos ineficientes sem antes questioná-los; Definir objetivos e resultados esperados para as soluções desenvolvidas; Monitorar automações, investigar falhas e promover melhorias contínuas; Documentar processos, regras, integrações e soluções; Aplicar boas práticas de segurança, governança e sustentabilidade; Apresentar e defender propostas e resultados para públicos técnicos, de negócio e executivo; Trabalhar em parceria com negócio, produtos digitais, tecnologia e demais especialistas.

Experiência com Microsoft Power Automate; Experiência com Power Apps; Conhecimento do ecossistema Microsoft 365 e seus conectores; Capacidade de compreender e mapear processos e regras de negócio; Experiência na construção e sustentação de automações; Boa comunicação escrita, verbal e executiva.

Conhecimentos desejáveis

SharePoint e Microsoft Lists; AI Builder; Dataverse; APIs REST e JSON; Power BI; Azure Logic Apps; Conceitos de governança e ALM da Power Platform; Experiência com processos, produtos ou canais digitais.
