The posting

Quarry Hills Plumbing is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

We are seeking a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least three years of hands-on HVAC field experience.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
  • Troubleshoot equipment and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Explain repair, replacement, and upgrade options to customers
  • Accurately document service calls, estimates, and payments in ServiceTitan
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company procedures and safety standards
  • Participate in an on-call schedule when required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of hands-on HVAC field experience required
  • Experience using ServiceTitan preferred
  • Working knowledge of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air systems, and mini-splits
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • EPA certification preferred
  • Oil Burner Technician experience or certification is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills
  • Ability to identify customers’ needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
