Job Opportunity: Commercial Litigator

Are you a commercial litigator looking for a new challenge? Our client is on the hunt for a talented individual to join their dynamic team. If you have a knack for rolling up your sleeves and running cases, as well as collaborating with partners on bigger, high-stakes cases, this might be the perfect fit for you!

  • Immediate Opportunities: In the near future, you'll be involved in tsome meaty commercial litigation trials. Looking ahead, there are various lengthy trials scheduled for next year.
  • Career Development: Our client is committed to training and developing their team. For instance, one partners principal associate is running one of their week-long trials and supporting on one of the longer ones.
  • Hands-On Experience: Unlike many roles where you might be assistant number five on a massive case, here you'll get real, hands-on experience, speaking directly to clients and opponents.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: You should have solid experience in High Court litigation, both in running cases independently and working with partners on larger cases.
  • Proactivity: We need someone who can take the initiative and handle complex, high-value cases.
  • Client Interaction: You should be comfortable and experienced in speaking directly with clients and opponents.
