We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer with a basic understanding of Java programming and software development principles. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career developers to gain hands-on experience working on Java-based applications alongside experienced development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing Java-based applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Support application troubleshooting, bug fixing, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and development team meetings.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA testers, and other developers to deliver quality software solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, unit test cases, and development records.
  • Follow established software development practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Continuously develop technical skills and stay updated with Java technologies and development frameworks.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of Java development experience are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of Core Java, including: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Java Collections Framework Exception Handling
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot or Spring Framework is an advantage.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic coding practices.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
