Buscamos profesionales apasionados por la ingeniería de software, con capacidad para diseñar soluciones escalables, desarrollar integraciones y contribuir a la modernización de plataformas tecnológicas en entornos empresariales.¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend, APIs REST y microservicios escalables.Construir e integrar soluciones utilizando Node.js y tecnologías JavaScript/TypeScript.Participar en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web con Next.js y tecnologías frontend.Diseñar e implementar integraciones entre sistemas, servicios y plataformas empresariales.Desplegar, mantener y optimizar aplicaciones en Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Contribuir a la calidad, seguridad, rendimiento y disponibilidad de las soluciones.Participar en decisiones técnicas, proponer mejoras y aplicar buenas prácticas de arquitectura y desarrollo.Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios bajo metodologías ágiles.

Requisitos y calificaciones ¿Qué buscamos?Experiencia en desarrollo backend con Node.js.Conocimientos sólidos de JavaScript y/o TypeScript.Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones web con Next.js.Experiencia diseñando e implementando APIs REST y microservicios.Experiencia trabajando con Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Conocimientos de bases de datos SQL y/o NoSQL.Experiencia con Git, Docker y herramientas de integración y despliegue continuo.Conocimientos de arquitectura de software, integración de sistemas y optimización de aplicaciones.¿Qué valoramos?Pensamiento analítico y capacidad para resolver problemas complejos.Autonomía y orientación a resultados.Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.Capacidad para proponer mejoras y participar en discusiones técnicas.Interés por la calidad del código, la escalabilidad y la evolución continua de las soluciones.Ubicación: Santiago de Chile.Modalidad: Híbrida (3x2)Nivel: Semi Senior / Senior, según experiencia y evaluación técnica.Si tienes experiencia desarrollando soluciones con Node.js, Next.js y GCP, y quieres participar en proyectos de alto impacto, ¡queremos conocerte!
