Uppdragsbeskrivning Vi söker en senior verksamhetsnära Business Analyst med stark faciliteringsförmåga och fokus på koordinering, behovsinsamling och intressentdialog. I rollen samlar du in behov från olika delar av verksamheten, strukturerar informationen och faciliterar diskussioner för att tillsammans med berörda intressenter identifiera möjliga lösningar. Tyngdpunkten ligger på att skapa samsyn, koordinera olika perspektiv och driva dialogen framåt snarare än på traditionell projektledning eller detaljerad kravhantering. Kvalifikationer Du har mycket god kommunikativ och social förmåga. Du har erfarenhet av behovsinsamling och intressenthantering. Du har erfarenhet av att leda workshops och facilitera diskussioner. Du är strukturerad, självgående och van att navigera mellan olika intressenter. Du har god verksamhetsförståelse och förmåga att omsätta behov till möjliga lösningar.

Meriterande Du har erfarenhet av Lumera. Du har erfarenhet av verksamhetsutveckling. Du har erfarenhet av processförbättring. Du har erfarenhet av förändringsledning.
