This job posting is for an existing vacancy.   We're looking for our next Senior Product Manager. Could It Be You?   Flexiti is one of Canada's leading point-of-sale financing providers and part of Questrade Financial Group. Through the FlexitiCard® and the Flexiti Network™, we help Canadians pay for the things that matter to them over time, and we help thousands of retail partners across the country grow their sales. Product management at Flexiti means working in a genuinely two-sided business: every decision you make touches both a cardholder and a merchant, and understanding the needs of both while making the appropriate trade-offs is part of the job.   The Senior Product Manager (Sr. PM) is a strategic leader who oversees an entire product entity or a collection of high-impact product areas. Reporting directly to the Group Product Manager, you will lead complex, cross-entity initiatives, ensuring technical architecture, product specifications, and release cycles align with the company's long-term business goals. You will influence ways of working across multiple squads, establish standards for UX and data-driven decision-making, and act as a crucial liaison between product execution and executive strategy.   Need more details? Keep reading…   In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Entity specifications: Leading the drafting of specifications for complex, large-scale initiatives that span multiple product areas, identifying and proactively resolving entity dependencies and logic gaps.

Strategic architecture influence: Leveraging product vision to influence technical architecture across the division, ensuring the platform evolves to support future scaling requirements and product ambitions.

Entity-wide delivery leadership: Driving the end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives, making clear, accountable trade-offs across multiple squads to mitigate risk and clear organizational blockers.

Quality and design governance: Setting and upholding a high quality and user experience bar across the entity, ensuring consistency in design standards, accessibility, and operational excellence.

Data and financial rigour: Synthesizing complex data from multiple sources to make high-stakes product decisions, and applying strong financial judgment to funding models, budgets, and business case development.

Strategic roadmapping: Defining and aligning the long-term vision and product roadmap across the entity, ensuring all initiatives are complementary and directly support company-wide strategic objectives.

Stakeholder management: Actively managing and influencing senior stakeholders across the company, incorporating cross-functional goals to build broad organization-wide alignment.

Practice and craft leadership: Elevating performance across multiple squads by establishing best practices, mentoring team members, and optimizing product delivery rituals and ways of working.

So are YOU our next Senior Product Manager? You are if you…

Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative, engineering, or business field

Have 6+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or principal role managing complex product domains

Have demonstrated experience driving cross-functional alignment and managing technical and architectural dependencies across multiple agile teams

Have experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthtech

  Additional kudos if you…

Have experience in consumer lending, BNPL or point-of-sale financing, payments, credit decisioning, retail finance, or merchant-facing B2B tooling

  Additional Information…

This position sits within Flexiti Financial Inc., part of Questrade Financial Group, in Product Management.

This position reports to the Group Product Manager and has no direct reports. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, and Associate Product Managers.

This is a Full Time Regular position based in the GTA.

  Compensation Information:

Base salary range: $110,000 - $150,000

The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
