Die Quinoa-Schule Herne ist eine genehmigte Ersatzschule der Sekundarstufe I. Unser Bildungskonzept ist ausgerichtet auf Kinder und Jugendliche aus sozial benachteiligten Umfeldern. An der Quinoa-Schule setzen wir auf intensive Beziehungsarbeit, Potenzialentfaltung und Zukunftsausrichtung. Für uns zählen nicht nur Abschlüsse, sondern Anschlüsse in eine selbstbestimmte, demokratische Gesellschaft.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten eng mit Lehrkräften, Schulsozialarbeit, Sonderpädagogik, Eltern und externen Partner:innen zusammen und unterstützen Schüler:innen mit besonderen Lern- und Entwicklungsbedarfen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Diagnostik, Förderplanung und Durchführung integrativer lerntherapeutischer Angebote,
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Förderpläne in Abstimmung mit Tutor:innen und dem multiprofessionellen Team,
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Lernstrategien, Selbststrukturierung, Motivation und Selbstwirksamkeit,
  • individuelle Förderung von Schüler:innen mit Dyskalkulie, Dyslexie, LRS, Rechenschwierigkeiten, Lernblockaden, Konzentrationsproblemen,
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung lerntherapeutische Einzel- und Kleingruppenangebote,
  • Beratung von Lehrkräften und Tutor:innen im Umgang mit besonderen Lernvoraussetzungen,
  • Mitwirkung an Förderkonferenzen, Fallbesprechungen und multiprofessionellen Teamrunden,
  • Dokumentation von Förderverläufen, Entwicklungsfortschritten und Zielerreichung,
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Jugendhilfe, Therapeut:innen und weiteren Unterstützungsstrukturen,
  • konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung lerntherapeutischer Förderung.

Ihr Profil

Sie haben:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor/Master), zum Beispiel Rehabilitationspädagogik, Sonderpädagogik, Sprachheilpädagogik oder einem vergleichbaren einschlägigen Fach,
  • eine zusätzlich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich integrative Lerntherapie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt LRS, Dyskalkulie und/oder Lern- und Leistungsstörungen
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der lerntherapeutischen Arbeit mit Jugendlichen
  • Erfahrung in Diagnostik, Förderplanung und Verlaufsdokumentation
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit Schüler:innen mit komplexen Lernbiografien, emotionalen Belastungen, und Schuldistanz
  • Freude an multiprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit
  • eine ressourcenorientierte, beziehungsstarke und klare pädagogische Haltung
  • eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Kontakt mit Schüler:innen, Eltern, Kollegium und externen Partner:innen
  • Bereitschaft, Schule nicht nur als Lernort, sondern als Entwicklungsraum für Persönlichkeit, Selbstvertrauen und Zukunftsperspektiven mit zu gestalten
