Die Schwerpunktstation für psychische Erkrankungen des Alters in der Klinik für Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik behandelt Patient:innen im höheren Lebensalter, wenn seelische Belastungsreaktionen, Ängste, Depressionen, Psychosen und Somatisierungsstörungen oder spezielle neuropsychiatrische Alterserkrankungen des Gehirns, wie z.B. Alzheimer- und Parkinson-Erkrankungen, vorliegen.

Im Team Gerontopsychiatrie unterstützt jeder jeden. Wir schätzen den eher ruhigen Kontakt mit den älteren Patient:innen und die gute sowie langfristige Beziehung, die wir zu ihnen aufbauen können. Die Patient:innen schätzen uns, zeigen viel Dankbarkeit und nehmen Hilfe gerne an.

Unsere Klinik für Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik ist zuständig für die Regelversorgung nahezu des gesamten Rheinisch-Bergischen Kreises. Sie besteht zurzeit aus sechs störungsspezifischen Behandlungsstationen mit insgesamt 110 Betten und 36 Tagesklinik-Plätzen sowie einer Institutsambulanz. Es wird nach einem integrativen multimodalen Modell unter Berücksichtigung neuester psychodynamischer und neurowissenschaftlicher Konzepte gearbeitet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du führst eigenständig psychiatrische Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege durch und begleitest Patient:innen
  • Du übernimmst Therapiebegleitung, Fallbesprechungen, das Stellen von Medikamenten und die Durchführung von Alltagstrainings
  • Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit Psychotherapeut:innen, Ergotherapeut:innen sowie Ärzt:innen bei der Durchführung von Therapien
  • Du setzt die aktuellen pflegerischen Konzepte um
  • Du unterstützt die Durchführung und Gestaltung von pflegetherapeutischen Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten
  • Du nimmst an Stationsversammlungen teil und dokumentierst den Pflegeprozess in der elektronischen Patientenakte

Dein Profil

  • Eine Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in / Krankenschwester (m/w/d) / Altenpfleger:in
  • Psychiatrieerfahrung ist nicht notwendig, aber gern gesehen - wir unterstützen Dich
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen mit psychischer Erkrankung

  • Mit der Fachweiterbildung Psychiatrische Pflege wirst Du nach Entgeltgruppe BAT-KF 9a bezahlt (Du verdienst dann ein Grundgehalt zwischen 4.134,21 € und 4.804,24 € - gerechnet auf eine Vollzeitstelle)
  • Du arbeitest in einem engagierten Team mit geregelten Abläufen und einer respektvollen Atmosphäre
