Bei uns geht’s um die inneren Werte – denn wir halten wirklich zusammen. Das Team der Inneren Medizin ist dynamisch, offen und innovativ. Außerdem lieben wir frischen Wind. Wir arbeiten auf zwei 25-Bettenstation mit Patient:innen mit Erkrankungen des Verdauungstraktes und des Bauchraum, der Atemwege und Lunge sowie Herzerkrankungen. Auf unseren Stationen zeigen wir jeden Tag, was ein eingespieltes Team leisten kann. Unser pflegerisches Team sowie das Ärzteteam schätzen unser harmonisches und angenehmes Miteinander. Besonders wichtig ist uns eine gute Einarbeitung, damit Du schnell auf dem aktuellen Wissensstand und fester Teil des Teams bist. Neugierig geworden? Dann schnell bewerben!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du kümmerst Dich um die ganzheitliche pflegerische Versorgung und Betreuung unserer Patient:innen
  • Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung, Mithilfe und Nachsorge bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen
  • Du wirkst bei der Umsetzung von Behandlungskonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen Dienst und anderen Berufsgruppen mit
  • Du dokumentierst und sorgst für die Qualitätssicherung gemäß aktueller Standards
  • Du begleitest die Patient:innen durch den Krankenhausaufenthalt
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Angehörige

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in / Krankenschwester / Altenpfleger:in (m/w/d)
  • Du hast viel Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und einen respektvollen Umgang mit Menschen in komplexen Lebenssituationen
  • Du hast Freude an der Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Pflegekonzepte
