A Master Bronze Spa está expandindo a equipe e busca um talento para atuar na Praia do Canto, em Vitória - ES.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Realizar atendimento comercial e vendas consultivas de serviços e pacotes estéticos.
  • Converter leads qualificados recebidos via WhatsApp, Instagram e demais canais.
  • Identificar as necessidades das clientes e sugerir os tratamentos mais adequados.
  • Fazer o acompanhamento (follow-up) ativo de orçamentos e clientes.
  • Utilizar e atualizar o sistema de CRM para gerenciar os atendimentos.
  • Focar no batimento de metas e acompanhar os indicadores de vendas.
  • Reter e fidelizar clientes por meio de um relacionamento próximo e de excelência.

O que buscamos (Requisitos):

  • Ensino Superior completo.
  • Desejável experiência anterior na função comercial.
  • Cursos complementares em Técnicas de Vendas, Negociação, Atendimento ao Cliente, Comunicação ou CRM.
  • Vivência ou cursos na área da beleza será um diferencial bem-vindo.
  • Perfil persuasivo, com excelente comunicação, organização, disciplina e inteligência emocional.
  • Foco total em metas, proatividade e empatia.

Informações sobre a vaga:

  • Modelo de contratação: Efetivo (CLT). Salário fixo: R$ 2.500,00 a R$ 3.000,00 (de acordo com a experiência) + Comissão atrativa (mínima de R$ 1.000,00 e máxima de R$ 3.000,00). Benefícios: Vale-transporte + Plano de Saúde. Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 10h às 19h. Local de trabalho: Praia do Canto, Vitória - ES (Edifício Blue Chip Business Center).
