Full time presencial (excluyente) Gestionar el proceso comercial completo: desde la prospección hasta el cierre de ventas. Detectar necesidades del cliente y desarrollar propuestas comerciales alineadas a sus objetivos. Asesorar a los diferentes perfiles de clientes sobre los servicios. Armar, presentar y defender propuestas comerciales y presupuestos. Realizar seguimiento activo de oportunidades y leads hasta su cierre. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mejoras en el proceso comercial. Cumplir con objetivos comerciales mensuales (reuniones, cierres, facturación). Requisitos Experiencia comprobable en cierre de ventas (excluyente). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y manejo de clientes. Experiencia en ventas consultivas (valorado). Experiencia en venta de servicios (preferentemente eventos o rubros afines). Capacidad de organización, autonomía y seguimiento de múltiples oportunidades. Perfil resolutivo, con iniciativa y criterio comercial. Comodidad trabajando con objetivos y métricas comerciales. Conocimiento en marketing y publicidad (valorado) Experiencia en eventos (valorado) Perfil comercial proactivo, orientado a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos. Disponibilidad para participar en eventos en CABA, GBA e interior del país Ventajas Si te apasionan el entretenimiento, la creatividad y la innovación este puede ser tu próximo trabajo.
