Für eine kleine Pflegeeinrichtung in Mondsee suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und herzliche Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP), die ihren Beruf mit Leidenschaft, Menschlichkeit und Einfühlvermögen ausübt. 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in Deine Aufgaben

- Professionelle und einfühlsame Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner

- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der pflegerischen Maßnahmen im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Kompetenzen

- Einschätzung und Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes sowie Erkennen von Veränderungen

- Planung, Steuerung und Evaluierung des Pflegeprozesses

- Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation

- Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren an der Betreuung beteiligten Personen

- Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Einhaltung der Pflegestandards

- Unterstützung und Begleitung der Bewohner im Alltag

Das bringst du mit

-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP)

-Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

-Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen

-Empathie, Geduld und einen respektvollen Umgang

-Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

-Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und soziale Kompetenz

-Ein offenes Herz und Verständnis für die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner

Montag - Freitag Vormittagsdienste
