ca. 20 Stunden/Woche Mondsee

Für eine kleine, familiäre Pflegeeinrichtung in Mondsee suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und herzliche Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP), die ihren Beruf mit Leidenschaft, Menschlichkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen ausübt.

In der kleinen Einrichtung steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Hier geht es nicht nur darum, Pflege zu leisten, sondern Zeit zu schenken, zuzuhören, Sicherheit zu geben und den Bewohner/innen ein gutes Gefühl im Alltag zu vermitteln.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Professionelle und wertschätzende Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner

- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen im Rahmen des DGKP-Kompetenzbereichs

- Beobachtung und Einschätzung des Gesundheitszustandes

- Durchführung und Überwachung des Pflegeprozesses

- Fachgerechte Dokumentation

- Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren Berufsgruppen

- Anleitung und Unterstützung des Pflege- und Betreuungsteams

- Einfühlsame Begleitung unserer Bewohner im Alltag

Das wünschen wir uns:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP lt. GuK

- Registrierung im GBR

- Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen

- Herzlichkeit, Empathie und ein respektvoller Umgang

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

- Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an guter Zusammenarbeit

- Einen wertschätzenden und menschlichen Zugang zur Pflege

Das erwartet dich:

- Ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche

- Gut planbare und familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten
