Rejoignez notre équipe CRIT Experts & Cadres basé à VAL DE REUIL, Cabinet de recrutement spécialisé pour les profils cadres, experts et dirigeants en Normandie.

Vos missions :

Encadré(e) par la Responsable du bureau, vous êtes au cœur de l’action et apprenez à :

  • Rédiger des offres d’emploi impactantes et efficaces
  • Sourcer et détecter les meilleurs talents avec méthode et curiosité via jobboards, LinkedIn, et autres canaux, sur des recrutements techniques et/ou stratégiques
  • Participer à l’analyse de candidatures et aux entretiens de préqualification,
  • Élaborer des comptes rendus argumentés pour les consultants et/ou les clients,
  • Mettre en place et actualiser des viviers de candidats,
  • Suivre les candidatures et assurer un lien de qualité avec nos talents.
  • Participer au suivi des missions et à la vie du Cabinet.
  • Participer au reporting, suivi, analyse de l’activité
