核心职责 * 驻扎 1–2 个业务 BU，深入一线摸清业务流，判断哪些环节能用硅基顶上。 * 独立完成从 0 到 1 的 AI 应用交付：需求拆解 → 方案设计 → RAG / Agent / API 对接开发 → 上线 → 持续迭代。 * 把样板项目跑通、跑稳，并沉淀成可复制的工程范式。 * 与业务 VP / 一线直接对话，讲清技术可行性，并与团队一起探索、定义这个项目"用得好不好"的衡量方式。 * 参与定义 AI 项目流水线的"轨道"：技术选型规范、数据打通标准、工程交付实践。

硬性要求（必须） * 5 年以上软件 / AI 工程经验，做过企业级系统（真实用户、有线上稳定性要求）。 * 至少独立主导过 1 个上过线、被真实用户持续使用的 AI 应用（不是 Demo）。 * 能独立完成 RAG、Agent 编排、系统/数据对接的全栈交付；熟练主流 LLM API 与 Agent 框架（如 LangGraph / LangChain 等）。 * 极强的客户/业务沟通与现场推动能力——能蹲进业务一线，把模糊需求"逼"清晰，并亲自把项目推上线（这活儿一半是面客）。 加分项 * 有 Forward Deployed / 解决方案工程 / 交付型工程师经验（Palantir、OpenAI、咨询型技术交付等）。 * 搭建过模型评估（eval）体系，能在上线前抓住幻觉、回归、grounding 等问题。 * 有私有化部署 / 数据合规 / 企业数据打通经验（对 L4 公司的数据生死线尤为关键）。 * 做过某模块 / 项目的技术 owner（端到端负责），能把做法沉淀成标准。
