The posting

1. 负责自动驾驶系统中 BEV（鸟瞰图）感知算法的研发与工程化落地，包括但不限于 2D/3D 目标检测、语义分割、深度估计、多目标跟踪、车道线感知、占用网格等任务。 2. 设计城市道路、园区物流、乡村道路等全场景解决方案，主导无图化端到端自动驾驶算法研发，推动复杂场景下的自动驾驶算法落地。 3. 基于实车长尾场景问题（Bad Case）设计优化方案，构建数据驱动的One Model持续迭代机制，提升城区/乡村无图化全场景的泛化性能。 4. 跟踪学术前沿（如 OCC、NeRF、3DGS、Diffusion、World Model），推动算法创新并应用于实际业务场景。

1. 学历 ：硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、机器人等相关专业优先。 2. 核心技能 ： （1）精通 BEV 感知算法研发经验，熟悉主流模型（如 DETR3D、BEVFormer、PETRv2 等）。 （2）熟练掌握 PyTorch/TensorFlow 框架及 C/C++/Python 编程，具备模型部署优化能力。 （3）熟悉目标检测（如 YOLO、CenterNet）、多模态融合、3D 重建等技术。 3. 加分项 ： （1）具备自动驾驶仿真平台（如 CARLA、AirSim）或车端部署经验；在 CVPR、ICRA、IROS 等顶会发表过相关论文者优先；熟悉知识蒸馏、模型剪枝、量化等轻量化技术。 （2）有Deep Learning Prediction，Deep Learning Planning，Deep Reinforcement Learning，Imitation Learning，Deep Generative Model等相关经历优先。
