岗位职责 一、生产管理统筹 负责组内整体生产管理工作，合理进行任务调配与分工，明确各组员工作权责；实时监控项目进度，跟踪任务推进情况，及时发现并解决进度滞后问题；统筹组内任务协调分配，确保工作高效衔接、有序推进；负责跨团队协调支持，对接相关协作部门，保障跨部门工作顺畅落地，推动项目整体达成目标。 二、质量控制与技术指导 牵头负责组内工作质量管控，建立并完善质量检查机制，确保点云建图及相关数据处理成果符合标准；负责SOP（标准作业流程）的更新迭代，结合实际工作场景优化作业规范，提升工作标准化水平；主导疑难数据攻关，针对建图过程中出现的复杂数据问题制定解决方案；负责建图数据debug、点云数据处理等核心技术工作，为组员提供专业技术指导，解决工作中遇到的技术难题。 三、团队建设与管理 负责团队成员的技能培训工作，结合岗位需求制定培训计划，开展点云建图相关技能、工具使用等培训，提升组员专业能力；负责组员绩效考核工作，客观评价组员工作表现，做好考核结果反馈与改进指导；组织组内问题复盘，总结工作中的经验与不足，优化工作方法，提升团队整体产出稳定性与工作效率。

任职要求 一、专业技能 1.具备点云建图相关工作经验者优先，熟悉点云数据处理、建图流程及相关技术要点； 2.具备扎实的Linux基础，能够熟练运用Linux系统开展相关工作； 3.精通点云数据处理、建图数据debug等核心工作，具备独立解决疑难技术问题的能力； 4.熟悉SOP编制与更新迭代流程，能够结合工作实际优化作业规范。 二、软素质要求 1.沟通协调能力强，善于对接组内组员及跨部门人员，确保信息传递顺畅、工作高效协同； 2.抗压能力强，责任心强，能够应对项目紧、任务重的工作场景，高效推进各项工作落地； 3.执行贯彻到位，具备强烈的执行力，能够严格落实各项工作要求，确保目标达成； 4.价值观端正，具备良好的职业素养，能够带领团队共同成长。 三、其他要求 具备良好的团队管理经验，能够合理统筹组内资源、激发团队活力；有相关行业项目管理经验者优先。
