岗位职责 负责公司开放平台及业务平台基础能力建设，打造统一的开放接口体系和企业级平台能力，为内外部开发者及合作伙伴提供稳定、安全、高效的平台服务。 - 主导开放平台整体架构设计与建设，包括 API、SDK、开发者平台、开放能力管理等核心基础设施。 - 建设统一的身份认证、账号体系、权限管理、租户管理（Account / IAM / CAM）等企业级平台能力。 - 建设 API 全生命周期管理体系，包括接口设计、鉴权、网关、版本管理、流量控制、监控、审计等能力。 - 推动平台能力标准化与组件化，沉淀通用服务，提升业务研发效率和平台复用能力。 - 与产品、业务及基础架构团队协作，支撑开放生态建设及复杂业务场景落地。

基本要求 - 计算机相关专业背景，具备扎实的计算机基础和优秀的软件工程能力。 - 精通 Java、Go、C++ 等至少一种编程语言，具备大型分布式系统开发经验。 - 主导过业务平台、开放平台、企业级平台或中台系统建设，具备平台化产品思维。 - 深入理解 API Gateway、OpenAPI、SDK、OAuth2、OIDC、JWT 等开放平台相关技术和规范。 - 熟悉账号体系、认证授权、IAM、CAM、多租户、RBAC/ABAC 等权限模型及企业级安全体系。 - 具备优秀的系统设计能力，能够围绕高可用、高并发、安全性、扩展性和可观测性设计平台架构。 - 具备较强的技术领导力和跨团队协作能力，能够推动复杂平台项目落地。 加分项 - 有开放平台、开发者平台、API Gateway 或 API Management 平台建设经验。 - 有统一账号（SSO）、组织架构、租户体系、企业身份管理等系统建设经验。 - 熟悉 Kubernetes、Service Mesh、微服务治理及云原生技术体系。 - 熟悉 API 安全、数据安全、审计、风控及企业级权限治理。 - 有全球化、多地域、多租户 SaaS 平台建设经验。 - 熟练使用 Claude Code、Codex、GitHub Copilot 等 AI 工程工具提升研发效率。
