岗位职责 - 负责 MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB 等数据库基础设施的架构设计、建设与持续演进，保障数据库平台高可用、高性能和稳定运行。 - 负责数据库高可用体系建设，包括主从复制、故障切换、容灾、备份恢复、容量规划等核心能力建设。 - 负责数据库性能优化与稳定性治理，包括 SQL 优化、索引设计、监控告警、故障定位、应急处置及根因分析（RCA）。 - 建设数据库自动化运维平台，完善数据库部署、升级、迁移、巡检、备份恢复等平台能力，持续提升研发和运维效率。 - 深度参与业务架构设计，制定数据库设计规范和最佳实践，支撑业务持续发展。

任职要求 - 本科及以上学历，5 年以上数据库相关工作经验，具备大型互联网数据库平台建设经验。 - 精通 MySQL，熟悉 PostgreSQL、MongoDB 等数据库原理及架构设计，具备丰富的线上运维和性能优化经验。 - 深入理解数据库高可用、容灾、备份恢复、读写分离、分库分表等架构方案，并具备实际落地经验。 - 熟悉 Linux，掌握 Shell、Python 或 Go 等至少一种开发语言，具备自动化运维平台建设能力。 - 具备优秀的问题分析和故障排查能力，有复杂线上数据库故障处理经验。 加分项 - 熟悉数据仓库、OLAP 数据库或实时数据平台，如 StarRocks、Doris、ClickHouse、Hive、Iceberg、Paimon 等。 - 熟悉 Kafka、Flink、CDC 等数据同步技术，了解数据平台和数据仓库架构。 - 有 Kubernetes、云数据库（RDS）或数据库平台（DBOps）建设经验。
