岗位简介 面向车云一体的自动驾驶业务，主打云端管控面测试——负责自动驾驶云平台（车辆管控、OTA 下发、远程调度、数据回传等后台系统）的质量保障，从 0 到 1 搭建云平台测试体系，自研测试平台与自动化工具链，并打通「云端下发 → 车端执行 → 数据回传」的车云联动端到端验证，支撑云平台高频迭代与大规模车队稳定运营。 工作职责 云平台软件测试：负责自动驾驶云端管控面（车辆管理、OTA 下发、远程调度/管控、数据回传、监控告警等）后台系统的功能、接口、性能、稳定性与兼容性测试，设计测试方案与用例，验证微服务、分布式、高并发场景下的可靠性与数据一致性。 自研测试平台与自动化工具链：设计并开发接口自动化、测试平台、测试框架与工具链，覆盖用例管理、任务调度、自动化执行、数据采集与可视化分析；推动 CI/CD 持续集成与自动化回归，实现云平台版本提交即触发全流程回归验证。 车云联动端到端验证：打通「云端下发 → 车端执行 → 状态/数据回传」全链路，验证 OTA 下发、远程管控指令、车端数据回传等车云交互的正确性、时效性与一致性，保障车云协同稳定可靠。 发布质量保障与准出：建设云平台质量门禁、灰度发布验证与风险管控能力，融合日志、监控、告警等多维信号做发布风险识别与拦截，保障云端服务与车队管控的稳定交付。 测试流程标准化与跨团队推动：制定云平台测试、接口自动化、车云联动验证的标准化流程与规范，联动云端研发、车端、算法、数据等多团队落地执行，识别并解决跨系统兼容、大规模下发、数据链路等核心问题。 对标行业头部方案，持续优化测试体系，沉淀可复用测试平台、框架与流程，提升迭代效率与云端服务质量。

职位要求 云平台软件测试经验（核心）：具备后台/云端系统的测试经验，熟悉微服务、分布式、高并发系统的功能/接口/性能/稳定性/兼容性测试方法，理解服务治理、消息队列、缓存、数据库等组件，能独立设计云平台测试方案；拒绝仅会执行测试用例的纯执行岗，需具备体系搭建、流程设计能力，可独立从 0 到 1 搭建云平台测试体系。 自动化测试开发能力（核心）：熟练使用 Python / Golang 等至少一门语言，具备扎实的编码与工程化能力，有测试平台 / 自动化框架 / 接口自动化 / 工具链自研经验，熟悉 CI/CD 持续集成与自动化回归，能够将测试流程工具化、平台化。 性能与稳定性测试：熟悉接口/全链路性能测试、压测方案设计与容量评估，掌握并发、时延、吞吐、资源等指标分析，具备高并发云服务的稳定性与可靠性验证经验。 车云联动理解：理解车云一体架构与 OTA 下发、远程管控、数据回传等车云交互链路，能设计端到端验证方案；有整车 OTA、车端测试或车联网/IoT 云平台经验者优先（车端 OTA/台架/域控为加分项，非硬性要求）。 本科及以上学历，3 年以上云平台/后台系统测试、测试开发、测试平台建设或质量工程相关经验。 加分项 有自动驾驶、车联网、IoT、车云一体等云平台测试经验，熟悉大规模车队/设备管控场景。 熟悉 K8s、Docker 等云原生技术与容器化部署测试，了解云服务可靠性保障。 有车端回传海量数据的数据管道 / 数据质量验证经验。 具备 AI Agent、大模型赋能测试（智能用例生成、日志归因、缺陷分析等）的落地或探索经验。 有整车 OTA 全链路、SIL/HIL 仿真台架、域控刷写、车载总线等车端测试经验（作为车云一体的车端补充）。
