岗位职责 负责 AI 数据智能基础设施建设，打造支撑 AI 训练、评测、仿真和应用的数据平台，建设覆盖数据采集、存储、治理、标注、评测、仿真、数据闭环等全生命周期的数据体系。 - 主导 AI 数据平台整体架构设计与演进，建设可扩展、高可靠、低成本的数据基础设施。 - 负责训练数据、评测数据、仿真数据等核心数据资产的管理与治理，持续提升数据质量和数据生产效率。 - 建设模型评测与数据闭环体系，推动数据驱动模型持续优化。 - 与算法、训练、推理、产品等团队深度协作，推动 AI 数据体系在业务中的落地。

基本要求 - 计算机相关专业背景，具备扎实的计算机基础和优秀的软件工程能力。 - 精通 Python、Java、Go、C++ 等至少一种编程语言，具备大型分布式系统开发经验。 - 在数据平台、数据基础设施、AI 数据工程、模型评测、仿真平台等方向具备丰富实践经验，并主导过核心系统建设。 - 深入理解 AI 数据全生命周期，包括数据采集、治理、标注、版本管理、质量评估、评测集构建及数据闭环。 - 熟悉数据湖、对象存储、数据库、消息队列、元数据、任务调度、向量数据库等数据基础设施，具备大规模数据平台架构设计经验。 - 具备优秀的系统设计能力，能够综合考虑性能、稳定性、成本、可扩展性和可观测性，设计长期演进的数据平台。 - 具备较强的技术领导力和跨团队协作能力，能够主导复杂项目落地并推动技术方案持续演进。 加分项 - 有大模型、多模态、自动驾驶、机器人、推荐、搜索等 AI 场景的数据平台建设经验。 - 有训练数据平台、标注平台、评测平台、仿真平台或数据闭环系统建设经验。 - 熟悉 DataOps、MLOps、湖仓架构、大规模数据处理、数据治理等相关技术。 - 熟悉数据质量评估、难例挖掘、主动学习、模型评测体系等 AI 数据方法论。 - 熟练使用 Claude Code、Codex、GitHub Copilot 等 AI 工程工具，并推动 AI 辅助研发实践。
