职位职责 1.毫米波雷达性能评测与分析 - 对市面主流毫米波雷达（如Continental、Bosch、TI、Arbe等）进行性能测试，包括探测距离、分辨率、视场角、抗干扰能力、多目标跟踪精度等关键指标。 - 设计标准化测试流程（实验室/实车场景），输出量化评测报告，为无人车产品选型提供数据支撑。 - 分析毫米波雷达在极端天气（雨雪雾）、复杂路况（拥堵、高架桥）下的性能表现，提出优化建议。 2. 无人车毫米波雷达解决方案设计 - 根据无人车感知需求（如L3-L4级自动驾驶），制定毫米波雷达硬件选型、安装布局及多传感器融合方案。 - 协同算法团队优化雷达点云处理、目标分类、动态障碍物跟踪等算法，提升系统鲁棒性。 - 参与车载雷达的EMC、振动、温度等可靠性测试，确保符合车规级标准（如ISO 26262）。 3. 技术预研与行业对标 - 跟踪4D成像雷达、超宽带雷达等前沿技术，评估其在无人车场景的应用潜力。 - 分析竞品毫米波雷达方案，提炼技术差异与优劣势，推动产品技术迭代。 4. 跨部门协作 - 与感知算法、硬件集成、测试团队紧密合作，推动毫米波雷达从设计到落地的全流程开发。 - 支持供应商技术对接，主导雷达模块的定制化需求沟通。

任职要求： 必备条件： - 本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、通信工程、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业。 - 3年以上毫米波雷达开发/测试经验，熟悉FMCW雷达原理、信号处理（FFT、CFAR、DOA估计等）。 - 熟练使用雷达测试工具（如R&S频谱仪、雷达目标模拟器、MATLAB/ Python数据分析）。 - 熟悉车载雷达标准（如ISO 21448、SAE J3016），有车规级产品开发经验者优先。 - 具备无人车/ADAS领域毫米波雷达部署经验，了解多传感器（激光雷达、摄像头）融合方案。 - 对成本敏感，有低成本方案的思考
