一 Linux操作系统开发与维护： 1.负责Linux内核的裁剪、移植、配置与优化，适配不同硬件平台； 2.定制和优化Bootloader（如U-Boot）、内核启动流程、设备树（DTS）配置； 3.负责文件系统（如YAFFS2、JFFS2、ext4、SquashFS等）的构建与优化； 4.解决系统启动异常、死机、内存泄漏、性能瓶颈等底层问题； 5.实现系统安全机制，如SELinux、安全启动、可信执行环境等。 二 中间件平台开发： 1.设计并开发系统级中间件，包括进程通信（IPC）、消息总线（如D-Bus）、服务管理、设备抽象层（HAL）、配置管理等； 2.构建统一的软硬件交互接口层，提升应用与底层的解耦性； 3.集成和优化开源中间件组件（如systemd、glib、GStreamer、PulseAudio等）； 4.实现跨平台的中间件框架，支持多芯片平台和多操作系统兼容。 三 系统集成与性能优化： 1.负责操作系统与中间件、驱动、应用层的系统级联调与集成； 2.分析系统启动时间、内存占用、CPU利用率等关键指标，提出并实施优化方案； 3.构建自动化构建与测试系统（如基于Yocto、Buildroot、OpenWrt等）； 4.支持多版本Linux系统（Ubuntu、CentOS、嵌入式Linux等）的部署与维护。 四 技术支持与文档编写： 1.为应用开发、测试、硬件团队提供底层技术支持； 2.编写详细的技术文档，包括设计文档、接口规范、移植指南、问题排查手册等； 3.参与技术评审与代码审查，保障代码质量与可维护性。
