1. 统筹自动驾驶软件全新/改款车型适配、交付全流程，组织研发团队输出适配方案与项目计划，管控进度、质量与风险，保障车型顺利量产SOP。 2. 牵头自动驾驶软件研发团队，完成新车型传感器、智驾域控等核心模块的技术选型与方案可行性评估，前置规避量产适配风险。 3. 负责传感器、整车底盘控制、智驾域控全模块的跨部门适配协同，推进自动驾驶软件研发高效完成适配落地。 4. 统筹研发、测试团队开展台架、场地、道路全场景适配验证，推动各类问题闭环迭代，推进适配软件版本准出放行。

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆、电子、自动化、计算机等相关专业，3-5年智驾软件适配量产项目管理经验。 2. 熟悉整车开发及量产流程，熟悉自动驾驶软件、传感器、底盘控制、智驾域控适配逻辑，掌握车载硬件架构及车载通讯协议。 3. 具备智驾软硬件技术选型、方案评估、适配测试、版本准出的全流程量产落地经验。 4. 具备多项目并行管理能力，擅长跨部门协同推进问题落地，抗压能力强，具备规范的项目文档输出能力。
