主要职责 负责 L4 级无人车（Robovan/无人小车等）在国内城市道路、高速衔接、交叉路口、施工区等典型及边缘场景的端到端系统验证； 设计并执行覆盖感知、预测、规划、控制、定位等模块的实车测试方案，推动问题高效闭环； 构建高价值测试场景库，持续提升对长尾场景（Corner Cases）和风险工况的覆盖能力； 主导规模化路测任务管理，包括测试计划制定、数据采集、问题提报、根因分析与回归验证； 参与传感器（激光雷达、摄像头、毫米波雷达等）与车辆底盘执行系统的功能联调与性能验收； 与仿真、研发、安全合规团队紧密协作，共建测试标准、准入机制及自动化评估体系； 支持地方政府监管测试、示范运营准入等合规性验证工作。

任职要求 计算机、车辆工程、自动化、电子或相关专业本科及以上学历； 3 年以上自动驾驶系统测试经验，有 无人驾实车路测或量产落地项目经验者优先； 熟悉自动驾驶全栈技术架构，理解感知、规控、定位等模块的输入输出及交互逻辑； 具备扎实的数据分析能力，能熟练使用工具（如 Python、SQL、ROS bag、可视化平台等）处理和解读路测数据； 有测试体系搭建、场景库建设或规模化路测管理经验者优先； 强烈的安全意识与质量责任感，能适应高频次国内出差及现场测试支持； 熟悉 Linux 环境、Git、CI/CD 流程者加分；了解 SOTIF（ISO 21448）或功能安全标准者更佳。
