小程序客户端产品经理——jd岗位职责： 1. 产品规划与设计：负责城配业务C端小程序（可能包括用户下单、轨迹追踪、交互控制、异常处理等模块）的整体规划、需求分析、原型设计和PRD撰写。 2. 主流程体验优化：深度聚焦“下单-支付-派车-在途监控-取/收货-完成”全链路履约流程。通过用户研究、数据分析和竞品调研，持续发现痛点，设计解决方案，不断提升流程效率、透明度和用户信任感。 3. 软硬件协同创新：作为硬件（无人车）与用户之间的桥梁，深入理解无人车的感知、决策、控制能力和业务规则（如停靠点、交互方式、异常场景），将其转化为直观、友好的客户端交互设计。例如，设计车辆呼叫、远程授权、车柜交互、异常报警提醒等特色功能。 4. 跨部门协同：与自动驾驶团队紧密沟通，理解技术边界与迭代计划；与硬件团队合作，定义车端交互需求（如灯光、声音、屏幕）；与运营团队配合，平衡用户体验与运营效率；推动并协同研发、测试团队，确保产品高质量上线。 5. 数据分析与迭代：建立核心用户体验指标体系，监控产品数据，通过A/B测试、用户反馈等方式驱动产品快速迭代，用数据证明产品价值。

任职要求 1. 必备经验： 3年以上互联网C端产品经理经验，拥有从0到1或主导过重大迭代的完整项目经验，有成熟线上作品。 深刻理解交易或履约型产品的设计方法论，对主流程转化、用户粘性提升有成功实践经验。 具备智能硬件或物联网（IoT）产品经验，曾负责或深度参与过需要与实体设备联动的软件产品设计（如智能家居、可穿戴设备、机器人等相关产品）。 对智能驾驶/无人驾驶领域有强烈兴趣和基础认知，了解基本的术语和技术原理。有相关行业经验者优先。 2. 核心能力： 卓越的用户体验设计能力：能将复杂的硬件逻辑和业务规则，转化为简单、优雅的用户界面和交互流程。 出色的逻辑思维与系统思维：能梳理涉及多角色（用户、车辆、运营）、多状态、线上线下联动的复杂业务流程。 强大的沟通与推动力：能够与技术背景深厚的硬件和算法工程师高效沟通，达成共识，推动项目落地。 数据驱动：善于利用数据进行决策，并清晰衡量产品效果。 3. 加分项： 有物流、即时配送、出行或O2O行业产品经验。 有LBS（基于位置服务）或实时音视频交互产品经验。 本人是科技爱好者，对新硬件、机器人、自动驾驶有持续关注和热情
