岗位职责 1、负责公司整体办公网络及 IT 基础设施的架构规划、设计、建设与持续演进，对网络稳定性、安全性、可扩展性和使用体验负责。 2、根据业务发展、组织规模及办公地点变化，制定总部、分支机构、园区及远程办公等场景的网络架构方案。 3、负责办公网核心架构设计，包括有线与无线网络、广域网、互联网出口、VPN、路由交换、网络分区、访问控制及高可用体系。 4、主导企业网络建设及改造项目，完成需求分析、技术选型、方案设计、实施交付、验收和运营复盘。 5、建立网络容量、性能、可用性和风险评估机制，持续推进网络架构优化、故障治理及容灾能力建设。 6、建设统一的网络监控、日志、告警及可观测体系，完善故障发现、定位、应急响应和复盘机制。 7、负责办公网络安全架构及基础安全策略落地，包括网络分区、终端准入、身份认证、权限控制、零信任及安全审计等。 8、制定并持续完善网络架构规范、配置标准、变更流程、应急预案及相关技术文档。 9、推进网络与 IT 运维自动化平台建设，利用 Python、Go、API 等技术实现配置管理、巡检、监控和故障处理自动化。 10、探索并落地 AI 与大模型在网络运维、故障分析、知识管理和效率提升等场景中的应用。 11、与安全、研发、行政及业务团队协作，为公司业务发展和员工办公提供稳定、高效的网络与 IT 基础设施支持。

岗位要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程、信息安全等相关专业优先。 2、具备 5 年以上企业网络经验，其中至少 2 年承担企业办公网架构设计或大型网络项目主导工作。 3、具备完整的企业办公网络架构能力，能够独立完成现状评估、需求分析、架构设计、技术选型、实施交付和持续运营。 4、深入理解 TCP/IP、VLAN、STP、OSPF、BGP、QoS、NAT、VPN、负载均衡等网络技术及其实际应用。 5、熟悉企业有线与无线网络、核心与汇聚架构、互联网出口、多分支互联、远程接入及高可用设计。 6、具备网络性能优化、容量规划、故障排查和复杂问题定位能力，能够处理跨网络、系统及终端的综合性问题。 7、熟悉网络安全基本体系，具备网络分区、访问控制、终端准入、身份认证、零信任或安全审计等实践经验。 8、至少掌握 Python、Go 等一种编程语言，能够通过脚本、API 或自动化平台提升网络运维效率。 9、熟悉主流网络设备、云网络或 SD-WAN 等相关技术，能够结合业务需求合理完成技术选型。 10、熟悉 Claude 等 AI 工具或大模型应用，能够将其应用于运维自动化、故障分析或知识体系建设。 11、具备较强的架构思维、项目推动能力、风险意识、问题解决能力和跨团队沟通能力。 加分项 1、主导过中大型企业、园区或多地域办公网络从规划到落地的完整项目。 2、具备多办公地点互联、全球网络、SD-WAN 或混合云网络建设经验。 3、具备零信任、SASE、NAC 或身份驱动访问控制的实际落地经验。 4、具备网络自动化、配置管理平台或可观测平台建设经验。 5、有网络重大故障治理、容灾体系建设或网络架构重构经验。
