1. 车队调度核心服务架构设计与演进：服务拆分、接口设计、数据与事件模型、可靠性和容量策略等。 2. 构建实时数据与事件处理链路：位置/订单/异常事件标准化、清洗、聚合、去重、顺序保证。 3. 优化调度调用链：异步编排、批处理 + 流式混合模式、并发与资源隔离、超时 / 降级 / 重试 / 幂等策略。 4. 搭建可观测性体系：核心指标（延迟、吞吐、调度成功率、P95/P99）、Tracing、结构化与关联日志、分级告警与错误等。 5. 生产级治理：熔断、限流、降级、延迟队列、故障演练与自动化恢复。 6. 监控与排查生产问题：性能衰退、队列积压、线程阻塞、算法调用异常，推动根因分析与修复。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；3 年以上后端或分布式系统经验（具高并发 / 实时场景实战）。 1. 精通至少一种主力语言，熟悉并发模型、内存与资源管理，能够进行性能 Profile 与调优。 2. 高性能接口设计：分页与背压策略、批量 / 合并调用、序列化与压缩权衡（gRPC / Protobuf / JSON）、连接与线程池调优。 3. 工程与质量保障：单元 / 集成 / 契约 / 压力 / 故障注入测试体系，CI/CD 流水线与版本 / 配置可追溯。 4. 性能与稳定性诊断：熟练使用火焰图、GC/线程分析、锁与阻塞、IO/网络、队列与缓存命中率等手段定位瓶颈。 5. 抽象与平台化能力：将算法侧模型 / 约束需求沉淀为可扩展配置、可插拔模块或服务接口。 加分项 1. 有调度/物流/地图/轨迹类系统工程经验或参与过路线规划相关平台建设。 2. 熟悉 OR-Tools / GraphHopper / OSRM 接入与二次封装；对算法性能与工程接口耦合处有改造经验。 3. 有多区域/多集群容灾切换与异地多活实践。
