一、岗位核心职责： 1、负责传统液压制动系统（ABS/ESC）或线控制动系统（EHB和EMB）的架构设计、部件选型及技术规范制定，定义制动系统性能指标及接口协议，开发制动控制策略实现防抱死、车身稳定及坡道驻车功能 2、负责制动系统匹配设计与计算，确保制动系统性能整车设计需求，确保制动系统与整车功能的集成兼容性（如再生制动协调、AEB自动紧急制动）。 3、负责基础和线控制动系统关键部件（硬管、软管、卡钳、制动器、制动盘、EHB、EPB等）的供应商技术对接与验收 4、制定实车道路测试试方案（制动距离、踏板感、热衰退、无人驾驶功能协同等），完成分析测试数据并输出报告，完成系统标定与性能优化。 5、针对测试/市场反馈的制动系统故障（如异响、软踏板、制动力不足等）进行根因分析，推动解决方案落地 6、优化系统成本与重量，参与VAVE项目

二、任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械电子、自动化控制、机电一体化等相关专业。 2、必须5-8年制动系统开发经验（传统制动/电子制动/线控制动领域），具备1 - 2个车型电动车线控底盘中转向和制动系统的开发策划和主导设计经验，能够独立承担相关项目。 3、熟悉新能源车辆制动系统核心部件（ABS、ESP、EHB、EPB、卡钳等）的工作原理。 4、熟练操作AUTOCAD、CATIA等各类设计软件及常用办公软件，提高工作效率 5、具有自动驾驶底盘线控开发调试经验者优先。
