岗位职责： 1. 平台战略与规划：负责物流运营平台（涵盖运力调度、订单管理、仓储管理、场站管理、结算系统、数据分析中心等模块）的中长期产品蓝图规划，确保平台架构能支撑业务未来1-3年的发展。 2. 核心系统设计： - 调度与路径规划系统：设计与优化将海量订单与动态无人车运力进行高效、智能匹配的核心算法策略产品层，平衡效率、成本与体验。 - 订单与履约管控系统：构建全链路、可视化的订单生命周期管理系统，确保从下单到完成的每一个环节都可追踪、可干预、可复盘。 - 资源管理系统：设计对无人车、电池、智能柜、运维人员等实体资源的数字化管理、状态监控与效率分析体系。 3. 效率与自动化提升：深度理解线下运营场景与成本结构，通过产品化方案（如自动化排班、智能预警、规则引擎、流程机器人）优化人工操作，降低运营成本，提升人效。 4. 数据驱动决策：构建平台级数据指标体系与数据分析产品，为管理层、运营团队提供实时、准确的决策看板，并驱动业务策略的优化。 5. 跨域协同与整合：作为平台方，高效协同前端业务产品（如小程序）、自动驾驶团队、硬件团队、市场运营及城市团队，将各环节需求整合为统一的平台解决方案，并推动系统对接与流程落地。 任职要求：

任职要求： 1. 硬性条件： 5年以上互联网产品经验，其中至少3年专注于物流/供应链/同城即时配送领域的平台产品设计。 必须有完整的物流平台系统建设经验，主导过调度系统、订单系统、仓配系统、结算系统中至少两个核心模块的0到1建设或重大重构。 精通平台产品方法论，有成熟的B端/G端产品设计经验，深刻理解系统化、配置化、自动化思想。 2. 核心能力： 卓越的系统抽象与架构能力：能将复杂的线下物流场景和多方角色关系，抽象为清晰的产品模型、状态机与系统架构图。 深刻的业务理解与数据敏感度：对物流的核心指标（如履约率、准时率、车辆利用率、单均成本）有透彻理解，并能通过数据发现问题、定位瓶颈。 强大的逻辑思维与项目管理能力：能管理涉及多系统联动的复杂项目，把控关键节点，确保大规模系统迭代的顺利交付。 出色的跨团队沟通能力：能用技术、运营、商务等不同团队的语言进行沟通，具备强大的推动力和资源协调能力。 3. 加分项： 有无人驾驶、机器人或智能硬件相关行业的平台产品经验。 具备一定的技术背景，能与工程师深入讨论技术方案。 有大型物流企业或头部即时配送平台的核心系统产品经验。
