1、及时响应日常的车/云端On-Call告警并解决问题； 2、搭建平台工具，用于对oncall问题分析、追踪、归类，提高分析效率； 3、编写自动化脚本,自动化重复性工作，如资源清理、日志归档等； 4、为研发团队提供技术支持，解决其开发环境中遇到的问题。

1、技术：熟练使用Linux、能够分析系统、网路、硬件及自动驾驶问问题。 2、开发运维：精通Shell/Python等基础编程语言，熟悉k8s操作。 3、监控排查：能够搭建Prometheus+Grafana监控体系，并使用ELK Stack等工具查询日志、排查问题 4、有全栈开发经验：熟悉前端开发框架react/vue,熟悉python web框架Django/Flask，能熟练使用至少一种关系型数据库(如MySQL, PostgreSQL)和一种NoSQL数据库(如MongoDB, Redis)

背景： 1、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，有一定全栈开发经验。 2、极强的解决问题能力，热爱攻克技术难题，热衷于通过自动化来解放生产力。 3、主动性强，主动发现系统中的痛点并尝试解决 4、2-5年的后端开发或运维经验，来自人工智能或自动驾驶行业，有自动驾驶无人车运维经验更优。
