- 本科及以上，3-5 年计算机视觉/深度学习经验 - 熟悉 PyTorch，能独立训练与部署模型 - 熟悉目标检测/分类/分割等基础视觉任务 - 对VLM，三维重建等高级视觉技术有一定了解 - 具备基础工程能力（Python + 推理pipeline） - 对数据与误差敏感，能定位模型问题 加分项 - 有物流/工业视觉经验（货物识别、计数、质检等） - 有户外视觉经验（人物/夜间/雨雾/遮挡等） - 有数据闭环或bad case驱动迭代经验
